Mark L. Barie, founder and president, is a graduate of the State University of New York and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. A long time member of the Montreal Board of Trade, he is a former member of the North County Regional Economic Development Council, past president of the North Country and Plattsburgh Chamber of Commerce and has held a variety of volunteer positions with a number of civic and business organizations. Mr. Barie is a highly sought-after guest speaker at civic and business meetings and workshops speaking on the topic of doing business in the US and hosts "Mountain Lake Journal", which airs weekly on Mountain Lake PBS-TV.

Matthew T. Boire, Vice President, holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from St. Michael’s College in Vermont. Mr. Boire is a member of the Montréal Board of Trade, and the past Chairman of the PlattsburghNorth Country Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Boire was also the Co-Chair of the QuébecNY Trade Corridor Coalition.
He currently is a member of the Champlain Valley Physician’s Hospital Board of Directors. Mr. Boire holds and has held several volunteer positions with local civic organizations. Mr. Boire is a regular speaker on the topic of “How to Do Business in the USA” seminars.
